About Us

Houston County Home Health Care, Inc. was established September 1981 for the purpose of serving the citizens of Houston and surrounding counties. We seek to share with patient and their families, maintenance of quality health care in the home.

We work together with physicians, and other medical personnel, to provide qualified supervision, support and patient care in the home.

We provide services to patients recovering from illness or surgery who are still under a physician’s care but do not require institutionalized care.

Referrals for our services come from physicians, hospitals, other health agencies and concerned individuals throughout the community. If you know of someone who might need our services, please contact the Home Health Office. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs.

Our goal is to be a partner in your care and to provide the care in a familiar environment comfortable to you –
Your Home.
